Made of durable, black washed nylon with one zippered outside pocket on the front, one interior pocket for your accessories like valve oil, mouthpieces, or pencils, and another outside pocket on the back that fits large folders for music. This bag has a soft sleeve on the inside, padded compartment to store your computer or other devices with a velcro tab closure. It also features two side pockets on either side of the bag to carry your water bottle and other accessories. 

You can carry this bag multiple ways: messenger style or over the shoulder, using the handle on the top of the bag, or attached to your suitcase using the straps on the back. 

The clips on the bottom of the bag allow you to attach a music stand. 

The inside of My Mutebag is fully padded to provide the best protection for your mutes and gear, and the removable and adjustable dividers separate your mutes.

There are four short dividers and one long divider included with this bag so you can make two levels. Two short dividers can make three compartments on the bottom of the bag, and you can create a second layer on top separated by the long divider. Depending on your arrangement, you can fit six or more mutes on each level. Remove the dividers to fit more mutes, gear, or music. 

This bag is intended to be used to carry mutes and other accessories.

Trumpet Mute Bag is great

I usually carry 2 horns plus a full complement of mutes. I use a Gard compact triple case with one of the partitions set up for mutes. But now doing a show which requires a Straight, Cup, Harmon, Plunger, and additionally a Bucket and Cleartone. And for warmup I use a small practice mute. And as of that’s enough, I use a stand mounted mute holder and a foot pedal. So, I was looking to carry the extra and if possible not carry mutes in the horn case. Mission accomplished. Got everything in the new bag without having to put any thing other than horns in the Gard case. Quality is great. Delivery was fast. Customer Service is spot on. Five Stars.

Room for all of my stuff

So far I’m really liking this bag. Unfortunately the roominess encourages me to find more stuff to put into it. I do have to put my orchestra folder in the outside pocket which shouldn’t be a rain issue, hopefully. My iPad and mutes, even my KraftGeek music stand all fit easily inside. Best impulse buy of 2025!

It’s fantastic!

Just received my new My mutebag in Black, and it’s fantastic. It holds all of my mutes, mouthpiece pouch, iPad, trumpet stands and the Broadway Mute Mate! And, some bottled water on the outside!! Thanks Mymutebag!!!!

Still have not recieved the bag I ordered

I still have not even recieved my order of the mute bag. The post office is not doing a good job of getting it here. Seems that it made it to my post office here in Parsons and then they misloaded it in a wrong container to the Oswego post office that it 20 miles from here. It has been there since the 8th and I was told that it will now go to Wichita to be sorted again which is 2 hours away and then make it's way back to Parsons in 2 or 3 days. You should get your shipping money back and I still have no product!
